Are your claw machines rigged?

No. We pride ourselves on the fact that all of our equipment is 100% skill-based, and it is hypothetically possible to win every time (if your skills are that sharp)

Do you buy-back prizes that have been won?

No. We do not buy back or provide credits for any prizes won. Once you win, it is yours to keep. Think of our machines like a shop, although it's a game, once you win the prize you have essentially purchased the prize. This policy is for safety and quality assurance. All prizes in our machines are brand new with tags (if applicable).

Where are you headquarted?

We are headquartered in Rapid City, South Dakota. Although we have equipment across the state and visit it periodically for routine maintenance.
